As our inside sales, you are our partners’ first point of contact for all their questions, orders and complaints. You speak to them in a professional and friendly manner and always provide the best service. More concretely this means :
You handle orders and take care of the entire order flow from a to z, both the orders for stock items and requests for personalized items.
You receive complaints in a professional manner, investigate the complaint and take appropriate action, if needed in consultation with the account manager.
You do the follow up of backorders and process returns correctly.
You ensure correct invoicing, prepare credit notes and follow up on payments.
You keep the CRM system up to date.
