As an internal sales representative, you are the first point of contact for our partners for all their questions, orders and complaints. You speak to them in a professional and friendly manner and always provide them with the best service. More concretely, this means:
You manage orders and take care of the entire order flow from A to Z, both orders for stock items and requests for customized items.
You receive complaints professionally, investigate the complaint and take appropriate action, if necessary in consultation with the account manager.
You follow up on backorders and process returns correctly.
You ensure correct invoicing, prepare credit notes and follow up on payments.
You keep the CRM system up to date.
