Participer au développement de nouveaux produits et assurer la gestion R&D jusqu’au GO TO MARKET.
Définir et proposer les orientations et les projets R&D en collaboration avec le service commercial support technique (innovation, amélioration continue, … en cohérence avec la stratégie définie).
Apporter un support à l’élaboration des documents commerciaux et techniques en partenariat avec le services support technique interne (fiche produits, brochures, étiquettes etc…).
Participer activement au suivi qualité et au maintien des certifications ISO13485 et ISO9001.
Participer à la rédaction et à la correction des documents scientifiques.
Coordonner les études externes avec nos prestataires de services (laboratoires, universités…).
Assurer le suivi et l’encadrement des stagiaires.
Assurer la formation scientifiques du personnel, des clients, de nos distributeurs etc…
Participer et présenter des études cliniques lors de manifestations, congrès, expositions et réunions d’information.

ASSIGNMENTS

✓ Assist and report to the Quality Assurance Department Manager.
✓ Perform the various laboratory tasks related to the quality control process:
• Check the compliance of incoming materials, subcontracted items, semi-finished and finished products with respect to the specifications and requirements of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform chemical and microbiology analyzes for the release of products.
✓ Ensure the follow-up of the documents used in production as well as the rules of good practice:
• Control products and documents during filling and labeling operations.
• When shipping orders.
✓ Edition of finished product analysis certificates for customers.
✓ Monitor the temperature readings of refrigerators, ovens and controlled areas.
✓ Manage periodic calibrations of laboratory devices.
✓ Ensure the sending of samples to an external laboratory for part of the outsourced analyses.
